I have an investment rental home in east San Jose, after years of using it as a rental I decided to sale the home i needed a report to understand and see what are the hidden issues so that I could fix it a bit before selling it, I called My RealEstate Inspectors which I found them on Yelp, they were responsive and showed up on time, they provided me with a very easy to read a report and their pricing was fair considering the work they had to put in to inspect Roof, Interior, Exterior and foundation.
